Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to all participants aged 18 and above.
• Participants must provide their name, email, and contact number to enter the draw.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

2. Entry Period

• The giveaway starts on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 9:00am(AEST) and ends on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at 4:00 PM (AEST).

3. Prizes

• First Prize: A 2-person sauna from Solace Saunas, including delivery and installation.
• Second Prize: A pair of Hyperice Compression Boots 3.0, including delivery.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be drawn on Thursday October 10, 2024, at 12:00 PM (AEST).
• Winners will be notified by phone call.
• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the phone call, the prize will be redrawn.
• Winners will also be announced via email.

5. Claiming the Prize

• Winners must provide proof of entry to FitHer Melbourne to claim the prize. An entry ticket or equivalent proof is required.
• The prize must be claimed as instructed in the winner’s notification.

6. Marketing and Promotions

• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional materials from the parties involved in this giveaway, including Recovery Lab, Hyperice, Solace Saunas and FitHer.

7. Privacy

• Participant information will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

8. General Conditions

• Recovery Lab and FitHer Melbourne reserve the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
• Any entry found to be in violation of these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
