Compression Boots Waiver & Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Melbourne Fitness Expo – March 29–30, 2025

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be aged 18 years or older to enter.
• To participate, entrants must sign the waiver form and provide their full name, email address, and contact number.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

2. Waiver for Use of Compression Boots

• By signing this form, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily using the compression boots provided by Recovery Lab at the Melbourne Fitness Expo.
• Participants confirm they are in good health and do not suffer from any medical conditions (including, but not limited to, circulatory issues, deep vein thrombosis, or injuries) that may be affected by the use of compression technology.
• Participants agree to use the compression boots at their own risk and release Recovery Lab, event organisers, staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from their use.
• If unsure about suitability, participants should consult a healthcare professional before use.

3. Giveaway Entry Period

• The giveaway opens at 9:00 AM (AEDT) on Saturday, March 29, 2025, and closes at 4:00 PM (AEDT) on Sunday, March 30, 2025.

4. Prize

• One winner will receive a 10-session Recovery Pack at their closest Recovery Lab location, valued at $250.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be drawn on Monday, April 8, 2025.
• The winner will be notified by both email and phone by Sunday, April 13, 2025.
• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of initial contact, a new winner may be drawn.

6. Marketing and Promotions

• By entering, participants agree to receive promotional and marketing communications from Recovery Lab.
• Participants may unsubscribe from communications at any time using the links provided in our emails.

7. Privacy

• All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
• Information will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and communicating relevant offers, unless further consent is provided.

8. General Conditions

• Recovery Lab reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway or booth activation at any time.
• Entry into the competition and use of the compression boots constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
