Terms and Conditions for Recovery Lab’s 7-Day Pass Offer
Eligibility: The 7-Day Pass is available exclusively for new clients of Recovery Lab. This offer cannot be availed by existing members or previous clients.
Offer Value and Inclusions: The 7-Day Pass is valued at $69 and provides access to core modalities available in the studio. These modalities include NuCalm, Infrared Sauna, Compression Technology, Ice Bath, and Compex. Each session is limited to 30 minutes.
Validity Period: The 7-Day Pass allows for 7 consecutive days of access, starting from the date of the first booking, not the purchase date of the pass.
Booking Sessions: Sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred times.
No Refunds: The pass is non-refundable. This applies regardless of usage within the 7-day period.
Non-Transferable: The pass is non-transferable and cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the purchaser.
Exclusions: This offer is strictly limited to the core modalities mentioned. It does not include access to any other services or facilities that may be offered by Recovery Lab.

Terms and Conditions for Recharge Membership Direct Debit Promotion
Promotion Overview: This promotion offers a discount of $20 off the standard weekly rate for the first two weeks of a new Recharge Membership.
Promotional Rate: The promotional weekly rate for the first two weeks of membership is $49. This rate applies only for the first two consecutive weeks following the commencement of the membership.
Standard Rate: Following the initial two-week promotional period, the weekly membership fee will automatically revert to the standard rate of $69. This change will occur without further notice.
Billing: Membership fees will be billed on a weekly basis via direct debit. Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in their account to cover the direct debit charges.
Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, to cancel, a member must provide two weeks’ written notice via email to the studio where they initially signed up. The cancellation will be processed subject to the completion of the notice period.
No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for any membership fees, including but not limited to the promotional period, standard membership fees, or during the notice period of cancellation.
