ice baths

Amazing place. I have been twice now and tried different services each time. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I did my first ice bath with them and was well guided throughout most of the 8 minutes and encouraged the entire time. 5 stars for the services proposed, the staff and the brand new (and clean) facilities!

Booked in for an infrared sauna and ice bath. Excellent facilities and Sarah was wonderful guiding me through the 8-minute ice bath! Sauna is also larger than others I’ve been to which was great. Highly recommended.

Reception

A place to check-in and chat to one of the team before starting your session.

Sauna Rooms

Our fully private Infrared Sauna rooms will enable you to completely relax and switch off for your booking. You can also share with a friend for an upgraded fee.

Wet Area

Our wet area house our Cold Tub ice baths, which are in a semi private space, but you will have your own bath for your booking. No sharing during your session unless you choose to plunge with a friend. Our baths are between 8-10 degrees.

Shower & Change Rooms

We have private showers and change rooms so you can come straight from work or rinse off and refresh before you head off.
